Tuesday Pork Loin

I prepared a pork loin on the Big Green Egg seasoned with Ritter’s BBQ Kentucky Apple rub and Victory Lane Apple Rub with Apple wood chunks. The plan was to cook at 275 degrees but the BGE wanted 300 for about 2 1/ 2 hours.

We were very happy with the results: light smoke flavor with a bourbon flavored apple taste. Very juicy pork.
